the hotel is clean and well-suited for our travel location. the rooms are very comfy and soundproofed, which made for the best night's sleep ever. I really appreciate that each room comes with small bottles of mineral water, an electric kettle, cups, and tea and instant coffee - all included in the price. the staff were friendly and helpful, despite the occasional language barrier. Having an elevator and air conditioning was also a plus.
Nothing 😊

The staff was help full
It is used, the maintanance is bad done over years and most of the things and basic thing you need are very dirty, damage, smelly or not working at all. It became a typical thirth class East-European style hotel.

Having read reviews from others I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although not luxurious I found no problems with anything, the staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and city center. The spa offers a range of affordable treatments, such as massages, and the aquatic park is impressive.
The rooms are dated and some face a busy road, resulting in a lot of noise. The wifi is unreliable, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds.

The only thing going for the hotel is that it was clean.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were put in a twin room instead of a double room and they point blank refused to move us to the room we wanted.

Good parking space, easy location to find. Large room (I had reserved a double room but got a family room) but this family room did not have a balcony like most others had.
Breakfast room was not comfortable (lots of bigger tables and no privacy). The bed was very hard.

Offered free water and wifi. Good location in the heart of town. Comfortable rooms.
My New Year's stay was not as expected. the hotel lacks charm and character, feeling antiquated and worn out.
